· To celebrate our fifth year in business and to say thanks to all our clients old and new, we are introducing a flat 10% rate on leasing and management in 2010. This is a further reduction on our previous 12%. We also still uniquely provide your inventory, documents and lease negotiation at no extra charge.

· We uniquely do not charge any processing, admin, interest, or mark-up fees. All is covered by your flat management rate.
