Take our HomeGuard empty care service for example, which was designed from scratch and which has now been copied by many of our larger competitors. Or what about our decision to abolish all interest, mark-up and admin fees? We remain the only company in the area to have taken that step which saves our clients hundreds of pounds. We've established a network of alliances with other quality local businesses solely for the benefit of our clients. You don't pay us a penny to use them; we just provide them because we know you'll find them useful. All our in-house services seamlessly integrate with those from our partners to create an efficient, pleasurable and holistic experience for our clients. As the company continues to evolve, we hope to keep striving towards new ideas that will set us apart from the crowd.

We know what it's like to be a landlord - we're landlords ourselves. We know the pitfalls and the frustrations that can lie in wait when leasing your property or factoring your community. With that in mind, we're trying to create the kind of company that we always wanted. We're based locally so we understand the area and can react quickly to problems. We're relatively informal and approachable, assigning each client a personal manager to whom they have direct access. We treat our clients as individuals and we're flexible enough to try and accommodate individual circumstances. We want to build our working relationships on trust and good-will.
